Karlo has become famous for its tasting experience held in the welcoming atmosphere of our 1805 post and beam barn.
How it works:
The tasting room is open daily. Samples are $1 to $3 depending on the wine you choose.
Each tasting includes a 1oz pour of wine and a bite or two of food to enhance the experience.
Tastings are complimentary with the purchase of two or more bottles per person. Wine by the glass is available for you to enjoy in any of our tasting spaces or on a stroll through the vineyard to North America’s largest drystone bridge at the south end of our vineyards. For something a little more substantial, we also serve tasting plates.
If you’d like to bring your own picnic basket, with or without the kids, we provide tables down by our drystone bridge just south of our vineyards. The bridge spans Hubb’s Creek (usually dry in the summer months).
For groups of 8 or more it is best to call ahead and make a reservation. Due to our increasing popularity, our tasting room is very busy. Booking a tasting ahead of time ensures that your group has a space and a dedicated server.
Come in and explore our 1805 post and beam timber frame barn and choose your favourite spot to enjoy your tasting, where County Chic pairs with our high-end wines.
